Hotel organization "cherish life, love health" theme training

In order to ensure professional and accurate, the hotel invited to the service center of Hunan public health health education Zhang Yuan as keynote lecturer. Zhang Yuan lecturer professional medical care, teaching experience, the teacher training of emergency knowledge and occupation disease prevention and self improvement, daily care and mental health in detail and vivid explanation. More than 70 employees from the hotel attended the training. The training site was lively and cheerful. The lecturers and students were able to interact fully and the effect was excellent.
The hotel organizes the training aimed at popularizing health knowledge, improving staff's self-care and disease prevention ability, urging employees to get rid of bad habits, strengthening exercise, and improving their physique and health. Through this training, the students learned a lot of knowledge about health care, specifically the following points: one is to pay attention to a healthy diet, eat less junk food; the two is to quit alcohol limit, to develop good habits; the three is to ensure adequate sleep and exercise; the four is to focus on the data and the information of the body, regular physical examination; the last but the most important is to maintain an optimistic and positive attitude, happy, healthy life.
